 BOSTON – Erik W. Gudim of the South End of Boston joined Back Bay Financial Group in August as a research/operations analyst. In this role he supports company operations related to investment research, compliance, operational analysis and special projects.
Gudim has several years of experience in customer service, investment operations and real estate.

Prior to joining Back Bay Financial Group, Gudim served as a real estate consultant and worked in various positions for brokerage firms, including LPL Financial Services in Boston, Mass. and San Diego, Calif.
Gudim received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with concentrations in international marketing and finance, from Muhlenberg College. He also studied abroad at Maastricht University in the Netherlands.
